IFIKE Multiplier Event was held on Friday, the 14th of July 2023, in the conference room of the Athens
Cypria Hotel, in central Athens. The event was planned for 18:00-21:00. Participants had to register
by signing the participants’ list and they were offered Bucolico printed material and a pencil set.
Our participants were people interested in entrepreneurship, but also people from other fields
who wanted to learn more about Erasmus Plus.
IFIKE presented our company and our Erasmus Plus projects, discussed a bit about Erasmus Plus in
general, and then focused on Bucolico. After a general introduction about the project’s idea, goals,
and results, we presented each IO accompanied by a QR code so participants could access all
resources. After the presentation, we discussed the overall project. In the end we presented a QR
code for a Google Form evaluation.
Participants were overall very interested in the project. They found it very interesting, especially for
the fact that it combines resources for both young people and seniors. Some of the participants had
experience with Erasmus Plus and commented that they really liked the Bucolico project. Others did
not know about Erasmus Plus and were intrigued by the possibilities that it can offer.
As a team we are very content with the result.
The project manager Kalliopi Stefani was the main presenter, as she has been working in Bucolico since the start, while the rest of our team helped with the dissemination, the registration process, the distribution of promotional materials and the overall planning.
