These field interviews are meant to offer a broader portrait of the interviewed and to give the prospective employee an opportunity to develop a entrepreneurial aptitude.
One of the interviewed Ewa Michalak presented her Brand. It is a premium Polish brand known for quality and range of sizes. Ewa Michalak’s bras are special because they are made for real women and tested on real women, not only for their design but for their technical and production qualities. Ewa Michalak’s brand is likely to have the widest range of sizes in the world.
IO2 "Junior Entrepreneurship Curriculum" is undoubtedly one of the most important project results, already made up of numerous resources for beneficiaries of different nature: the purpose of IO2, like the other BUCOLICO trainings, is to be a holistic, transversal curriculum, able to also hold together different educational approaches for young unschooled adults, with the aim of motivating them, sensitizing them and orienting them towards the discovery of new opportunities in the field of entrepreneurship and self-entrepreneurship. These multimedia intellectual product, together with the two previous ones, offer a cognitive path through images, voices and history: how it is possible to reinvent oneself in an entrepreneurial way, on what it really is to be an entrepreneur - a dream, a vision for the interviewee -, on what possible benefits this can generate for entire communities.
